Your Job Will Be To

• Helping people go from the hospital to their homes and helping them become independent again.
• Going to the homes of service users to give them the care that is spelled out in their personalised care plans.
• Helping with personal care, giving medicine, checking vital signs, exercising, and doing chores around the house.
• Working with medical experts, including district nurses and pharmacists.
• The goal? To help the people who use our services get well, reach their full potential, and live more independently.

Hours of Work & Pay (UK Care Jobs 2026)

Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Depending on expertise and whether the person is a junior or senior, we pay between £13.50 and £15.50 per hour.
