Description

• Engage with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document current and future business processes
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, or other appropriate documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working
• Support evaluation of potential solutions, including third-party applications
• Assess benefits, risks, and business value with stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and build consensus
• Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and supporting materials
• Support implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement activities
• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology initiatives to drive meaningful change and improve efficiency and user experience

Requirements

• Confidence to work autonomously, managing expectations and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and customers
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, practical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience mapping user journeys, business processes, and operational workflows
• Track record of identifying process and system improvements, building business cases, and demonstrating measurable benefits
• Ability to navigate complex, integrated systems and understand how different platforms and processes interact
• Experience working with commercial, finance, or sales order processing functions
• Positive, collaborative mindset, a can-do attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile
