Key Responsibilities

Duties

• Work with stakeholders to collect and write down the business needs.
• Carefully look at business processes and operations to find places where they may be better.
• Create and keep up SQL queries that get data from databases and change it.
• Take part in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by giving feedback at every stage.
• Create and put into place database systems that fit the needs of the company.
• Make extensive project documentation, such as requirements specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Help set up meetings with stakeholders to talk about project updates, findings, and suggestions.
• Help with project management tasks to make sure that solutions are delivered on schedule.

Required Skills and Experience

Abilities

• Ability to use SQL to get data and change it.
• A good understanding of the principles and methods of the SDLC.
• Experience with managing and designing databases.
• Great analytical skills and the capacity to predict future trends based on data analysis.
• It helps to know how to handle servers.
• Proven ability to look at complicated data sets and find useful information.
• Great at managing projects and directing teams from different departments.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to talk to people at all levels of the organisation.
