• NVQ Level 4 in Customer Service or have an equivalent or demonstrate equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of death registration and statutory duties.
• Knowledge of and understanding of consent.
• Knowledge of the structures and requirements of the Human Tissue Authority.
• Continuing professional development
• Knowledge of and understanding of the Medical Examiner’s Office.
• Knowledge of rituals of other beliefs and ethnic groups related to death.
