Requirements
- Recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree/diploma or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registration/licence to practise as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- Professional membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
- Relevant post-registration specialist training, potentially up to Master’s level or equivalent experience.
- Significant professional experience as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- Ability to undertake specialist assessment and treatment independently.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- Current UK professional registration is required for NHS practice.
- Applicants requiring Skilled Worker sponsorship should confirm that they meet the applicable UK immigration and sponsorship requirements.
