Tasks

• Establish and preserve solid, trustworthy connections with commissioners, partner organisations, and care clients.
• Recognise client needs and offer specialised care-focused solutions that comply with legal and service requirements.
• Use proactive outreach and market awareness to find new service and collaboration opportunities.
• Oversee the whole account lifecycle, from the first interaction to continuing assistance, guaranteeing a satisfying experience at every turn.
• Track interactions, manage pipelines, and get precise account performance reports using Salesforce.
• Examine customer and service data to find patterns, areas for development, and chances for improvement.
• Work together with internal care teams to create personalised service plans, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead conversations and negotiations with clients, making sure that agreements advance the objectives of the company as well as the demands of the client.
• To encourage client happiness, retention, and continuity of care, offer them continuous post-placement support.
• Mentor younger team members, impart best practices, and cultivate a cooperative, encouraging work environment.
