Summary of the Job

We are looking for a Shop Manager who is experienced and energetic to run our retail store on a daily basis. The person who gets the job will be in charge of managing workers, making sure that customers are happy, and keeping the organization running smoothly. Duties

Requirements

• Management expertise in retail or a similar customer-focused setting that has been proven.
• Demonstrated experience as a supervisor and good skills in managing teams.
• Great at organising things and figuring out what needs to be done first.
• Good communication skills are a must, and being able to speak more than one language is a plus.
• Experience in managing sales, merchandising, and office work.
• Leadership skills that let you inspire your workforce and create a team environment where everyone works together.
• Being able to use organisational tools, including POS systems, stock management software, and the MS Office suite.
• Excellent at managing time and able to tackle many tasks at once.
