The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 (or similar) qualification in adult health and social care and have prior experience working at a senior level.

For a 36 hour shift pattern this could be made up of 3 x 12 hour shifts 8 am to 8 pm, we also have 6 hour shifts from either 8 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 8 pm.
