- Help with lessons-learned exercises, audits, and project evaluations.
- Contribute to ongoing project process improvement by pointing out inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
- As needed, offer administrative assistance (e.g., creating presentations, organising the onboarding of new team members).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and make sure project objectives are aligned to support project delivery.
- To increase efficiency, help develop and improve project templates, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Competencies
- A master’s degree or a comparable degree is preferred.
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of project management techniques like PRINCE2 and Agile.
- It is ideal to have prior experience working with interdisciplinary teams (IT, marketing, design).
- Strongly preferred is experience with digital initiatives (marketing, web development).
- Exceptionally well-organised and capable of handling several jobs at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including taking minutes and facilitating meetings.
- Analytical, meticulous, and adept at addressing problems.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and at ease picking up project management software (such as Asana and Trello).
