We are looking for a talented receptionist, reservation executive, or front-of-house staff member to join our team. Experience as a supervisor is a plus. The receptionist will be the first person to talk to at our hotel,
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and help them in a friendly and professional way
- Quickly answer and direct phone calls
- Do office work like filing, photocopying, and entering data
- Keep the office supplies and daily tasks in order to keep things running smoothly
- Set up meetings and help people reserve meeting rooms
- The procedure of checking in and out.
- Sponsorship might be possible, but it all relies on whether the candidates fit the conditions.
- Have worked with OTA, sales of bookings, or income before
- I have worked with hotel compliance, staff training, and leadership
- We would like to know about food and beverage bookings and event planning, among other things
- Quickly handle mail that comes in and goes out
- Use computer systems for things like managing documents and sending and receiving emails.
Skills
- Able to use Google Suite well for work duties
- Good at organising things so that you can handle a lot of tasks at once
- Good manners on the phone and good communication skills
- Knowing how to use QuickBooks for simple financial tasks
- Having worked in an office or administrative capacity before is a plus
