A UK drivers license is essential due to the nature of this role.

Our clients come from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and they rely on you to help them. Personal care, showering, dressing, cooking, housecleaning, food shopping, socializing, escorting to medical appointments, and transportation needs are all examples of this.

When you join us, you must attend and complete an induction training. This will necessitate dedication and involvement in ongoing programs.

The position is contingent on a satisfactory enhanced DBS check, positive references, and the ability to work in the United Kingdom.

Ability to think logically, assimilate information, and prioritize responsibilities is necessary. Our induction programs are both supportive and tailored training programs, as well as continual education and development. There are also excellent opportunities for advancement, including access to (NVQ/QCF) credentials

Rate of pay depends on the type of work you do, whether you are employed on a permanent, part time or casual basis, your level of experience and your qualifications

Hours of work per week are from 8 – 38 hours. This would depend on your flexibility and availability of shift.

Eligible applicant must already have the right to work in the UK. Please note that visa sponsorship is only available after 6 months of employment for this role.
