We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our Generic Team at Greenwich CAMHS. You will be a senior clinician in a team that is well established and expected to play an active role in a service that is working to become more responsive and needs-led. We are looking for someone with post-qualification experience who is ready to take on supervision and support for band 7 psychotherapists, trainees, and possibly colleagues from other disciplines. You will be part of the Generic team’s clinical leadership team, helping deliver Directorate and Trust initiatives at the service level and playing a key role in monitoring and evaluating the quality of care delivered locally.
The postholder will be an ACP-accredited Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist wishing to work in a community-based service with children, young people, and their families.
The Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy team in Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is an established, active, diverse, and creative group that meets regularly, offers opportunities for CPD, holds an annual conference, and welcomes innovatory ideas and collaborations.
