Job Summary

We need a caring and committed Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this job, you will help patients in their homes with important tasks. Your main job will be to help people with their everyday routines while making sure they are comfortable and healthy. The best candidate will be able to communicate well and really want to help others.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with personal care duties like washing, getting dressed, and grooming.

• Keep an eye on patients’ health and write down any changes, then tell the healthcare team.
• Give patients company and emotional support to improve their quality of life.
• Help in getting around and getting to places, such as driving patients when needed.

• Work well with other healthcare providers to make sure that all of your needs are met.

Requirements

• It would be good if you had worked in home care or a comparable healthcare setting before.
• Good computer abilities for keeping track of patient records and paperwork.
• Able to speak and write English well enough to talk to patients and team members clearly.
• The ability to understand care plans and follow them correctly.
  You must have a valid Full UK Driving licence.
• Great people skills and the ability to understand what patients need.
