We are looking for a handyman who can do a lot of different things and has a lot of expertise. The person who gets the job will be in charge of keeping, fixing, and improving different facilities and equipment on our property. They should know a lot about plumbing, electrical work, and air conditioning. It also helps to have some experience with patch plastering and joinery.

I want to hire someone that isn’t afraid to do more than one thing at a time, including cleaning, aiding, and organising the event room. This job needs someone who is proactive, has good technical skills, can lead others, and is great at customer service. The job lets you use a wide range of skills in a fast-paced setting to make sure our facilities are safe, functioning, and look good.

The person who gets the job will be given a UK sponsorship/work permit.

Responsibilities

• Take care of regular maintenance and repairs on the building’s structures, fixtures, and equipment.
• Fix electrical systems, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
• Do welding and mechanical repairs with care and precision.
• To do repair work well, you need to be able to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Oversee modest maintenance tasks and, if necessary, supervise subordinate workers or contractors.
• Make sure that all work follows business rules and health and safety rules.
• Help set up new equipment or systems and lead projects.
• Give great customer service by quickly and professionally responding to maintenance requests.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance work.

Abilities

• A lot of experience with electrical work and knowledge of PLCs and drawings.
• Able to weld and fix things mechanically.
• A good understanding of how to keep buildings safe and how to do maintenance. Service for plumbing and air conditioning.
• It’s best if you have leadership qualities and have supervised people before.
• Great organisational ability to handle many jobs at once.
• You need to be able to speak and write English well so that you can communicate clearly.
• Customer service skills and the ability to work well with coworkers and clients.
• Knowledge of mechanics to fix a wide range of problems. This job is perfect for someone who is proactive, enjoys working with their hands, has good technical skills, and can lead others effectively.
