About the Position

To join our expanding ECO4 team, we are seeking self-assured, driven, and gregarious female door knockers. You’ll be going to residential neighbourhoods, talking to residents about the government-backed ECO4 program, and scheduling free home energy assessments.

For ladies who love to talk to people, are results-oriented, and wish to earn large commissions while supporting a good environmental cause, this is an amazing opportunity.

What We Provide

• £250 commission for each installation job
• £3,000 to £4,000 per month on average (best performers make more)
• 14 days of paid training for £750
• Flexible scheduling: work either full-time or part-time

Responsibilities

• Talk to householders about the ECO4 program by knocking on their doors.
• Describe how the program can provide them with free home energy improvements (such as boilers, insulation, etc.).
• Get basic client information and schedule a free in-home survey.
• Keep a cheerful, professional demeanour and do a good job representing the business.

Requirements

• Only female candidates (for safety and team balance concerns)
• Self-assured, personable, and articulate
• Dependable, diligent, and goal-oriented
• Complete training is offered; no prior experience is necessary.
• Must be qualified to work in the United Kingdom.
