Duties

• Inspect infrastructure, such as fences, irrigation lines and storage facilities regularly.
• Technical support for equipment maintenance. Troubleshoot mechanical problems in a timely manner to minimise downtime.

Expertise

• Good understanding of irrigation systems and water management techniques.
• Mechanical ability with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment repair skills.
• Ability to safely and efficiently move big loads in diverse farm jobs.
• Basic math abilities required to measure, calculate feed ratios, or change irrigation settings.
• Qualifications in animal care and knowledge of horticultural practices.
• Experience in maintenance and periodic repairs of farm equipment.
• Effective communication skills to supervise team members and coordinate daily tasks.
