Responsibilities

• Test advanced AI models using corporate finance scenarios, financial analysis exercises and strategic business situations.

• Evaluate the accuracy of financial information, calculations and logical conclusions generated by the models.

• Review valuation assessments, capital market interpretations and financial recommendations for accuracy.

• Identify weaknesses in how models interpret complex financial transactions, regulatory requirements and market developments.

• Record identifiable errors and document reproducible examples for further evaluation.

• Provide organised feedback to improve model prompts, assessment methods and analytical performance.

• Document recurring reasoning errors and suggest improvements to financial analysis and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements

• Good understanding of corporate finance, equity and debt markets, financial statement analysis and valuation techniques.

• Knowledge of capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, IPO processes, regulatory disclosures and financial market trends.

• Ability to assess AI-generated financial models, transaction structures, pricing strategies, underwriting decisions and risk evaluations.

• Understanding of how macroeconomic developments influence financial markets and investment decisions.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts and explain analytical processes clearly.

• Background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or a related discipline is preferred but not compulsory.

• Previous experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting or capital markets is an advantage but not essential.

• Entry-level applicants with foundational financial knowledge and strong analytical abilities are encouraged to apply.
