Description

• Contribute to product content design, including user flows, information architecture, content hierarchy, UX writing, and customer communications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from product development through launch and optimization.

• Identify customer problems and opportunities to improve content and usability.

• Create clear, concise, accurate, and user-friendly content across apps, websites, notifications, emails, and text messages.

• Use research, experiments, customer feedback, and data to improve content and user experience.

• Participate in design sprints, content reviews, and product discussions.

• Develop and maintain style guides, writing guidelines, reusable content patterns, and team resources.

• Collaborate with other content designers and contribute to team activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, information architecture, or a related field.

• Experience designing content for websites and native digital products.

• A portfolio showcasing UX writing skills, strategic thinking, and completed product projects.

• Strong understanding of UX writing, information architecture, usability, accessibility, research, experimentation, and product development.

• Ability to manage defined projects independently and navigate ambiguity with support.

• Ability to align content decisions with customer needs and business objectives.

• Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, legal, compliance, marketing, or brand teams.

• Strong communication skills, including explaining decisions, accepting feedback, building consensus, and advocating for customers.
