We are looking for a caring and dedicated Care Worker to join our team. The best person for the job will be able to give people who require care the help and support they need. The Care Worker will be in charge of providing excellent care and creating a welcoming space for our clients.

What you need to do

• Help patients with daily tasks like washing, clothing, and grooming, as well as personal care.
• Help patients make their meals and make sure they get the right nourishment.
• Help in moving and handling patients by hand when needed.
• Keep an eye on and write down how patients act and how healthy they are, and let management, family, and health professionals know of any changes.
• To improve their quality of life, get patients involved in activities that matter to them.
• As necessary, go with patients to appointments or social events.
• Keep the area clean and safe.

Skills

• A lot of experience working in care, especially in-home care.
• A good grasp of the basics of patient care
• You need to be able to talk and write well so that you can talk to patients and their relatives with kindness.
• Strong organisational skills to handle a lot of work while yet giving good care.
• To do well in this job, you need to be able to understand others, be patient, and really want to help them.
• We need a woman to work as a carer.
• There is sponsorship available.
• The candidate must be able to drive and own a car.
