Average 35 hours per week, overtime available

£15.20 – £16.00 per hour

Core Competencies

• Current UK Driving Licence
• Travelling by your own car

What We Seek

We are searching for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our rural care team covering Stirling, Dunblane and Bridge of Allan and nearby regions.

It’s a satisfying and essential position that assists individuals to continue living safely and joyfully in their own homes.

You’ll help clients with everyday tasks, offer companionship and support their welfare – all while creating significant connections in your local community.

We Are Pleased To Provide

• Excellent hourly rate: £15.20–£16.00 per hour
• 2 days off per weekend
• Full run time compensated
• Travel paid 45p per mile
• Travel time built into your timetable to allow for realistic travel between visits
• Extended visits (personal care for at least 45 minutes)
• Continued assistance and training through our larger Hamill Homecare network

Key Skills & Attributes

• Experience in delivering professional care and support
• Reliable, trustworthy and confidential
• Flexible to fulfil the changing demands of the client
• Understanding of National Care Standards
• Good team player and communicator

Key Points

• Permanent position (average 35 hours/week) with possibility of overtime
• Various shifts including AM, PM and at least one split shift per week
• Driver with own vehicle needed
