Main duties of the job
- To support the safe use of medicines in Care Homes and improve medicines management
- To support training needs in Care Homes and produce learning materials
- To facilitate seamless access to medications for care home residents across various health services:
- To support the Care Home Pharmacist with the provision of clinical reviews for Care Home Residents:
- Facilitate the use of ONPOS in Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB)
- To promote high-quality, cost-effective prescribing
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
