Synopsis
We are now looking for Care & Support Assistants who are person-centred, dependable, and caring to join our team. This position is community-based assistance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior personal attention and assistance with respect and decency.
- Help people in their own homes with household chores, medicine administration, meal preparation, washing, dressing, and companionship.
- Help with mobility, including the use of equipment and hoists (training supplied)
- Use our digital care system (PASS) to keep accurate records.
- Encourage everyone’s autonomy, choice, and well-being
