E-Commerce Administrator – UK Visa Sponsorship
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for administering online sales platforms, keeping accurate product listings, and supporting sales administration tasks. This post provides a great chance for someone who is very computer competent and well organised to help us build our e-commerce business. We are looking for a compensated individual with relevant administrative experience and great communication skills.
Duties
- Develop and maintain product listings on multiple web channels, ensuring correctness and consistency.
- Supervise functions related to sales administration such as order processing, billing and customer queries.
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales data and to improve client connections.
- Stay organised with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook for your records.
- Work with the marketing team to develop content and promotional materials that are engaging.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions online quickly and addressing issues quickly.
- Provide support for IT-related duties such as troubleshooting of fundamental software issues and assuring system functionality.
- Help manage inventories by coordinating stock levels and updating necessary databases.
- Follow the policies of the organisation and ensure that a high level of data security is maintained.
Requirements
- Proven sales administration or similar administrative experience.
- Experience in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM applications.
- Good computer skills, able to adapt to new software such as Sage or specialist e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.
- Proven experience in the use of computer literacy and IT literacy tools.
- Experience in customer service positions preferred.
- Proven ability to fulfil deadlines and strong time management skills.
- Experience in e-commerce or online sales is a plus, but not necessary. This is a challenging post for ambitious people who want to grow their careers in e-commerce administration and make a real contribution to our business success.
