Description

• Provide operational support, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance and enterprise business applications.

• Manage incidents, service requests, user accounts, and access permissions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.

• Liaise with software vendors and external support partners to resolve technical issues.

• Provide user guidance, training, and technical support.

• Maintain application documentation and knowledge bases.

• Support application upgrades, software releases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Help improve application performance, reliability, and business processes.

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise business applications, particularly SAP ERP.

• Working knowledge of SAP FICO and exposure to SAP MM.

• Experience in application support and incident management.

• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Halo, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing software vendors and external support partners.

• Experience supporting software testing, upgrades, and release activities.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.

• Understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices.

• Desirable: Experience with Concur, Esker, Compucare, or healthcare and revenue cycle applications.

• Desirable: Experience administering Halo ITSM.

• Desirable: Knowledge of process automation, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, reporting, APIs, and integrations.

• Desirable: Previous experience working in healthcare.
