• Lead and mentor the nursery team to deliver high-quality early years care and education.
• Support the Nursery Manager with smooth daily operations.
• Implement the EYFS framework and ensure engaging learning opportunities for children.
• Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Take charge of nursery operations in the Manager’s absence.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Valid enhanced DBS check.
• Two satisfactory references.
• Right to work in the UK.
