Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available (Rostered Pattern or ADHOC)
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s operation in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy industrial warehouse environment where efficiency, accuracy and teamwork are essential.
You will be working on a rotating day or night shift within a fast-paced cargo handling operation, supporting the safe processing and movement of goods.
Shift Schedule:
- Various patterns
- Days and nights
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Unloading inbound shipments safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading parcels weighing between 20kg and 30kg
- Organising, controlling and maintaining accurate inventory
- Packing goods securely to ensure safe transport
- Weighing and labelling packages accurately
- Ensuring all packages are correctly identified and routed to their destination
- Securing cargo in line with operational and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and hardworking team
- Always adhering strictly to company policies and Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Have previous warehouse experience
- Hold a valid DBS certificate
- Be able to provide a fully checkable 5-year employment history
- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling duties (20kg–30kg parcels)
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to speak, read and write English
- Be safety-focused with the ability to maintain a secure working environment.
You should also demonstrate:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good organisational abilities
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Reliability and flexibility to work day or night shifts
- A willingness to contribute to improving warehouse processes.
