We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Adult Support Workers to join our team. You will be supporting adults with a range of needs, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being in a care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care
- Support service users with mobility and moving & handling tasks
- Build positive relationships with service users and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
Requirements:
- Valid DBS registered on the Update Service (mandatory)
- Moving & Handling Practical Training Certificate (must)
- Previous experience in adult care is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
