About us

Caremark Redditch and Bromsgrove is a domiciliary company providing care in the home. Our approach to personal care is based on understanding the clients personal needs, preferences and values, so that we can provide support that retains as much independence as possible.

Due to business expansion, we are looking to recruit an additional Field Care Supervisor to field-based quality control support to our Care & Support Workers in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Support and manage a team of Care & Support Workers
  • To be on-call in case of emergency
  • To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
  • Act as a link between the customer and the office
  • Oversee care quality control
  • Monitor and supervise care service
  • Supporting the business on-call service on regular assigned days/times (one fixed day in the week from 5:30PM to 9:00AM the next morning; and twice monthly on the weekend).

On-Call Support:

You will be required to support the on-call service every other weekend either answering calls/queries from clients/carers or you may be assigned to care calls to cover emergency requirements.

Ideally you will be working in a similar role looking for a fresh opportunity to join an expanding team or you may be a Senior Care and Support Assistant looking to advance your career.

All applicants must have a full UK Driving Licenceand have a minimum of 2 years experience in Health & Social Care.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
