Concerning the Graduate Program for Rev-celerator

The Rev-celerator Graduate Program is designed for aspirational graduates who wish to start working in the fintech industry. You will work on actual projects, overcome challenging problems, and have an immediate influence during this 12-month program. Through organised instruction and practical practice, you will develop your abilities while learning about many business facets.

Important dates

• September 2025–January 2026 is the recruitment period.

What you’re going to do

• Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product owners to identify business and consumer issues
• Investigating user requirements and exchanging ideas to inform design choices
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and end-to-end flows that elegantly and easily address issues
• Testing with customers and making adjustments in response to their input
• Working together with engineering teams to put solutions into practice
• Evaluating the performance of a product after it has been released and looking for areas for improvement

What you’ll require

• Having completed school in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• A 2:1 (or comparable grade) was anticipated or attained.
• A degree in design or a related discipline
• A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems
• English proficiency
• The capacity to pick things up fast while maintaining an aspirational and goal-oriented perspective
• Outstanding organisational and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic setting with a diverse team
• Available full-time starting in September 2026
