Home Care Worker – UK Visa Sponsorship Available

Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) – Must have a car and be able to drive. Sponsorship is also available.
Zero-Hour Contract: You can work any time between Monday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
To be considered for this job, you must have a full UK driving licence and your own car. You can get sponsorship for this job.

- Full-Time Contract: 37.5 hours or more each week, depending on what the business needs.
- Pay and pension every two weeks: You will get paid every two weeks and participate to our stakeholder pension plan.
What You Will Do:
- Help with Personal Care: Help clients with personal care duties, including washing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom, while making sure they feel comfortable and respected.
- Support Daily Living: Assist clients with everyday tasks like cooking, reminding them to take their medications, doing light housework, and shopping.
- Offer Companionship: Help customers feel less alone and more connected by giving them emotional support and companionship.
- Do regular wellness checks to make sure your clients are safe, comfortable, and getting what they need.
- Make sure you follow all of the company’s rules, including those around client privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
- Help Us Keep Getting Better: Join team meetings and give your thoughts on how we can improve our care and services.
What We Want:
- Experience in Care: It’s better if you’ve worked in a care capacity before, but you must really want to help people.
- Positive Attitude: Being kind and helpful, and really wanting to help people in need.
- Good Communication Skills: Able to talk to customers and their families in a clear way that makes them feel good about the service they get.
- Collaborator: Willingness to collaborate with others in a busy setting and help your coworkers.
- Flexibility: Being willing to work on a flexible schedule, including on weekends, and meet the different needs of our clients.
- Diligence: Make sure that all care activities and health checks are done with professionalism and attention.
- Background Checks: Willingness to go through the requisite background checks.
- Vehicle: Own a car and have or be willing to get Class 1 Business Insurance
