About the Restaurant

There is something magical about Lorne. We are a well-loved neighbourhood restaurant that is independent and recognised for its great food, amazing wine list, and kind, welcoming service. We have a lot of devoted customers in the area, and guides like Michelin and Hardens often recommend us. Neal Martin from Vinous has called Lorne his favourite restaurant, which shows how important wine is to what we do.

Katie Exton, a former sommelier, owns Lorne. The small team there cares about doing things right. We are calm, professional, and pay attention to the little things, and we take good care of individuals. Wine is not just an extra here; it’s the main focus of the restaurant, and we want to find someone who really wants to be a part of it.

About the Role – Full Time Waiter / Waitress (Waiter Jobs UK Visa Sponsorship)

This job would be good for someone who knows a little about wine, maybe WSET Level 2 or 3, and wants to keep studying and becoming more involved over time. You can really take over some of the wine list, cellar organisation, and wine service, as well as daily floor service.

• Starting pay is £28,500.
• 7 shifts each week. Not open on Sundays
