Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and motivated Front of House Staff to join our lively hospitality team. This job is a great chance to provide great customer service in a fast-paced setting, making sure that customers have a great time. The best person for the job will love working in hospitality, be able to communicate well, and pay close attention to detail. It helps to have worked in catering, serving, or cooking before, but it’s not required because training will be given. This job pays well and is great for people who do well in fast-paced environments and like working with a wide range of customers.

Duties

• Greet guests cheerfully and handle reservations quickly.
• Take orders correctly and bring food and drinks quickly.
• Help in preparing and presenting food as needed
• Keep the front of the house area neat and organised.
• Make sure that food safety and hygiene rules are followed.
• Be polite while answering client questions and fix any problems right away.
• Help with barista tasks, such as making unique coffee drinks when needed.
• Work with your staff to provide smooth service at busy times.
• Always follow the company’s rules for hospitality and professionalism.

What you need

• It’s better if you have worked in catering, service, or hospitality before, but it’s not required.
• It’s good to know about food safety rules and best practices.
• Great communication and people skills
• Ability to operate well under pressure in a busy setting
• Able to work shifts on weekends and at night if needed
• A cheerful, professional attitude and a real desire to help customers
• Having worked in a restaurant or prepared food before will be a plus.
• A good attitude and a desire to learn new things

Job Details

Pay: £12.21 to £14.00 an hour
