The Business Analyst will support the day-to-day running and continuous growth of a London based e-commerce company selling the synthetic hair products, wigs, hair extensions and related cosmetic items.

The role will involve assessing business processes, sales performance, customer behaviour and operational data to find opportunities for improvement and inform decision making across the firm.

The principal responsibilities are:

• Analysis of e-commerce sales, product and customer trends.
• Monitoring of the main performance indicators of the business and preparation of frequent reports for the management
• Reviewing current company processes and finding ways to increase efficiency.
• Collect and document business requirements from various departments.
• Help improve the company’s e-commerce platforms, website and internal processes.
• Assessing stock levels, product demand and inventory performance.
• Liaising with sales, marketing, operations, finance and customer support teams to determine business requirements.
• Supporting the adoption of new systems, processes and technology solutions.
• Recognising operational challenges and proposing viable solutions.
• Monitoring client buying behaviour and trends that may support sales and marketing activity
• Forecasting, planning and business performance analysis support to management.
• Maintain accurate reports, documentation and business process records.
• Working with other internal teams and external suppliers or service providers when required.
• Supporting projects to improve client experience, operational efficiency and overall business growth.

The role demands good analytical, organisational and communication abilities, as well as an ability to interpret business information and translate findings into practical suggestions to management.

Salary: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 a year
