What’s available?

• Locations: Wimborne and Portsmouth
• Pay range: £28,000 to £33,400 based on experience and proficiency with a knife.
• Monday through Friday, either the day shift (5:30 am–3:30 pm) or the night shift (6 pm–4 am) may be changed.
• A steady wage throughout the year
• £150 per shift for optional Sunday night overtime

• Fresh dayboat fish: prioritising quality over quantity
• Two 30-minute breaks plus a day off on your birthday

As a fish filleter, your duties will include:

As a member of a small, incredibly talented crew, you will be hand-filleting fresh fish as ordered. Production-line speed is less important than quality, accuracy, and pride in your work.
