Description

• Work as a domiciliary care worker with Esteemed Life Care in Coventry, UK.

• Provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes and the community.

• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

• Support clients with medication in accordance with their care plans and procedures.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Assist with light domestic duties, including laundry, vacuuming, dusting and meal preparation.

• Help clients attend appointments and participate in community activities.

• Travel between clients’ homes to deliver care services.

Requirements

• Must be a driver before applying.

• Hold a full UK driving licence or a valid international driving licence with at least one year remaining.

• Previous care experience is required by the advert; one year of home-care experience is preferred.

• Be available to work weekends.

• Be willing to travel extensively between clients’ homes.

• Demonstrate a caring, compassionate and respectful attitude.

• Have good spoken and written English communication skills.

• Be reliable, honest and responsible.

• Possess basic cooking skills.

• Be able to work effectively as part of a care team.

• Be willing to work full-time, in person, in the Coventry area.
