Experience

At least six months of paid caregiving experience in the United Kingdom.

Requirement

Those without a background in medicine or health must be:
Possessing or participating in a Basic Care Certification program, or
At the time of application, enrolled in or possessing an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Validity of Visas:

When filing their application, applicants must have at least one year left on their visa.

Evidence and Compliance:

Candidates must be prepared to present proof attesting to their prior job and proving they did not violate UKVI supplemental work hour restrictions while on a student visa.

Consideration for Sponsorship

Cedar Care Home is dedicated to fostering professional advancement and provides two distinct avenues for sponsorship:

A) First Thoughts:

Candidates may be eligible for early sponsorship processing if they advance into a higher-level position while still on their PSW/Graduate Route visa.

During the latter quarter of the applicant’s current PSW/Graduate Route visa tenure, sponsorship may be taken into consideration.

Restricted Accommodations:

We are able to provide paid housing on a first-come, first-served basis to successfully interviewed individuals who are prepared to relocate due to the limited supply of staff housing.
