To join our team, we are looking for dependable, kind female care assistants who possess a current UK driver’s license. Having your own vehicle is crucial for this position, which entails helping customers in their homes and communities.
(In accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, this position is exclusively available to female candidates due to the personal care requirements of our clients.)
Duties:
- Help clients with everyday life tasks and personal hygiene
- Offer emotional support and company.
- Assist with food preparation and reminders for medications.
- Take customers to social events or appointments.
- Keep thorough care notes.
Requirements:
- Candidate who is female (real occupational need)
- A current UK driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- While not required, prior care experience is preferred (complete training offered).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Dependability, empathy, and a sincere desire to assist others
- Able to begin right away
