Essential

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification or significant experience working at a degree level
• Blue Prism Cloud practitioner status or equivalent

Desirable

• Additional Blue Prism Certification or other RPA qualification

Knowledge/Experience

Essential

• Specialist knowledge of managing IT systems acquired through a degree-level or equivalent qualification/experience
• Experience of working with automation technology
• Knowledge of managing a whole product lifecycle encompassing development, testing & support
• Good awareness of change management
• Knowledge of documenting solutions and system dependencies
• Use of IT systems (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) – standard keyboard skills
• Understanding of the NHS and the current agenda
• Knowledge of service improvements and project management
• Understanding of risk management and governance

Desirable

• Proven experience of working with Blue Prism Cloud technology to deliver complex healthcare automations within the NHS.
• Expert knowledge of Blue Prism RPA, iOCR (ABBY & Decipher), Blue Prism Cloud Cognitive Tools (language translation, sentiment analysis, keyword classification, interact e-forms, chatbot, and orchestrator.
• Experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate
• NHS-specific IT system experience
• Experience of facilitating change in practice to improve services
• Working knowledge of all areas of the hospital in both corporate and clinical areas
• Working experience in system development and implementation projects
