Tasks

• Help manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Oversee and inspire team members to provide excellent service, especially the kitchen and front-of-house personnel.
• Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks, making sure that recipes and presentation guidelines are followed.
• Oversee food safety procedures and make sure that health laws are followed.
• Organise food production procedures, streamline productivity, and keep an eye on inventory levels.
• When necessary, assist clients immediately, offering outstanding hospitality and quickly resolving any problems.
• Help with performance reviews and onboarding new employees.
• Keep the kitchen and service areas tidy and well-organised.
• When necessary, assist with event preparation and execution, including handling reservations and special requests.

Competencies

• experience in culinary positions, kitchen operations, or food production.
