What skills and experience are we looking for?
St Michael’s RC Primary School are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust
Working mainly, but not exclusively, with the Early Years team in Nursery and Reception, the postholder will support teaching staff in developing children at the very start of their educational journey.
We are seeking an individual who has:
• Has experience of working with children in a paid or voluntary capacity/ in an educational setting
• Has an awareness and knowledge of the school curriculum for KS1
• Has the ability to liaise sensitively and effectively with parents and carers
• Has the ability to work as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities
• Has the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all pupils and colleagues
