Support Worker with Visa Sponsorship

We are looking for full-time, part-time, or bank Healthcare Assistants who are kind, dedicated, and have a good sense of humour to join our team. The Care Quality Commission says that Britannia Social Care is GOOD, and it is one of the best providers of home care in the West Midlands.

In this job, you will be the most important support for people in their own homes, making sure they are always comfortable and healthy. To give our clients good support, you need to be able to communicate clearly and follow care plans. You need a valid driver’s license and a car to do this job. Please be aware that we do not sponsor applications from other countries. You need to be dependable, honest, and most importantly, kind and caring. Our external and internal trainers, as well as our senior personnel, will teach you how to do your job to the highest standards.

Your Duties: Support Worker with Visa Sponsorship

• Help clients with their everyday tasks, such as getting dressed, cooking meals, and taking care of their personal hygiene.

• Give the required help with medication.

• Help clients stay independent while still making sure they are safe and comfortable.

• Talk to clients on a frequent basis to find out what they need and want.

• Follow care plans exactly to make sure that all of your health and personal care needs are satisfied.

• Keep accurate records of how you care for your clients and let the right healthcare specialists know if their health or behaviour changes.

  Buy vitamins and supplements

• Get clients involved in social activities to improve their mental health and provide them with company.

• Follow health and safety rules to make sure that clients are in a clean and safe place.

• Give PEG, NIV, and oxygen therapy, suction, and tracheostomy complex support (with training).

• Work with multiple agencies to provide holistic palliative care at the end of life that is respectful and dignified.

Requirements: Support Worker with Visa Sponsorship

• One year of experience in home care.

• To work well with clients and coworkers, you need to be able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written.

• True You need a driver’s license and a car.

• Basic computer abilities are helpful for keeping records and talking to the team in a clear way.

• To do well in this job, you need to be loving and want to help people.

• Ability to work different shifts as needed by the service and the clients.

Pay: Fair Pay
Expected Hours:

• Full-time: 37.5 hours/week

• Part-time: 10–20 hours/week

Schedule

Education

GCSE or something similar (recommended)

Experience

One year of home care, care home, or support work is required.

License/Certification

• Driving Licence (required)

• Work authorisation: United Kingdom (recommended). In rare instances, we can help you get a visa.
