Requirements

• Although not necessary, prior experience in a support or care capacity is preferred; comprehensive training will be given.
• Compassionate disposition and outstanding communication abilities
• Capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively
• Fundamental organisational abilities and meticulousness
• Adaptability to shifting demands and timetables
• A valid DBS check or the readiness to have one before starting work
• Work visa assistance
• Although not required, having a recognised degree in health or social care is preferred.
