Requirements
- We are only able to accept male candidates due to a legitimate occupational necessity (a requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act).
- Experience working with individuals who have learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism, and challenging behaviours
- Individuals who have applied constraint or who would feel at ease receiving training in its application
- Capable of working independently and as a member of a larger team
- Strong morals and a person-centred strategy
- Must be able to work shifts in order to fulfil the service’s requirements.

- People who are able to go swimming, fishing, biking, and other physical activities with the person they are helping

- Living within commuting distance of Spalding is required.
- Due to the service’s location with few public transportation options, a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required.
