Requirements

• We are only able to accept male candidates due to a legitimate occupational necessity (a requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act).
• Experience working with individuals who have learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism, and challenging behaviours
• Individuals who have applied constraint or who would feel at ease receiving training in its application
• Capable of working independently and as a member of a larger team
• Strong morals and a person-centred strategy
• Must be able to work shifts in order to fulfil the service’s requirements.
• People who are proactive, resilient, vivacious, and enthusiastic
• People who are able to go swimming, fishing, biking, and other physical activities with the person they are helping
• To deliver the finest person-centred assistance possible, you will need to be passionate and innovative.

• The capacity to comprehend and show compassion for the individuals you are helping

• Living within commuting distance of Spalding is required.
• Due to the service’s location with few public transportation options, a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required.
