• Experience in data management, analysis, and interpretation within the NHS
• Competent in the use of Microsoft SQL to query data and design reports
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including design and development, creating pivot tables and charts, and complex formulas and formatting
• Identifying problems and devising solutions
• Working in partnership with others, using data to make recommendations to improve services
• Using initiative and flexibility to meet work demands
• Communicating complex issues and analysis of complex datasets to audiences with varying levels of information literacy
• Experience in supervising staff

• Previous experience in an acute NHS trust
• Using Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to monitor processes
• Presentation/teaching ability
