- Lead merchandising efforts to get the most out of product visibility, showroom impact, and business performance.
- Be the main point of contact with suppliers, keep good relationships with them, and quickly solve problems with the supply chain or logistics.
- Keep the showroom clean, safe, and high-quality to indicate that we are a top shop in Glasgow.
- Plan the schedules of your team and make sure that resources are used wisely to fulfil sales and operational deadlines.
- Keep precise records of sales activity, performance measures, and reporting in the office.
Digital Growth and SEO Plan
- Lead and run the business’s SEO strategy to get a lot of organic traffic in Glasgow and other markets.
- Carry out digital projects that focus on getting more high-quality leads and more people to visit your physical showroom.
- Look at online performance data to improve your digital strategy and get the most out of your money.
- Make sure that your online and in-store presence are perfectly in sync so that customers get a consistent, high-quality brand experience at all times.

- Confident in handling important connections with clients and suppliers, negotiating well, and overcoming problems with operations or the supply chain.
- Very organised and has worked in a results-driven workplace where they had to manage performance reporting, sales administration, and resource planning.
- Experience working with a wide range of customers from different countries; being able to speak more than one language is a big plus.
