Job Description

● Take great attention to consumers’ personal requirements and daily routines.

Make sure that vulnerable people are secure from abuse, and if you see or hear about any indicators of abuse, report them.

● To help patients take their medicine at the level of support that has been agreed upon and as outlined in their care plans and risk assessments.

● Make meals while keeping in mind the service user’s likes and dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural needs, as well as keeping things clean.

● Keeping records of service users, like their personal information, care plans, medical data, and any changes to their health, on carer’s notes.

● Using manual handling tools safely and correctly.

● Go to staff meetings and training sessions as asked.

Important Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and access to your own automobile (helpful)
