Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistants (Holder of a valid right to work in UK) to join our team in providing compassionate care within a care home setting, supporting living, and domiciliary. The role involves supporting residents with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties
– Assisting services users with personal care tasks
– Supporting service users with mobility and physical activities
– Communicating effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
– Implementing care plans and documenting service users’ progress
– Providing emotional support and companionship to service users
– Assisting in maintaining a clean and safe environment within the care home

Skills
– A*_ clean UK driving licence with own vehicle an added advantage*_

-Must be a holder of a valid right to work in the UK

-Experience in care home or home care settings is advantageous. Also experience in care for service users with challenging behaviours.
– Proficiency in basic IT skills for documentation purposes
– Excellent communication skills, particularly in English
– Familiarity with care plans and procedures
– Compassionate nature and a genuine interest in caring for others
