We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team. We are a company that are dedicated to providing person-centred care and support. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be an essential part in promoting the independence of our clients, a listening ear, and most importantly, providing a smile to brighten up their day.
Responsibilities
– Assisting with daily activities such as personal care
– Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the office team
– Assisting with mobility and transferring the people we support
– Providing emotional support and companionship to the people we support
– Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
– Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the people we support
– Documenting information accurately and timely manner
Experience
– Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
– An open and honest ethos.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Compassionate and empathetic nature
– Ability to work well when remote working,
– Strong attention to detail
