Main Duties
- Do food safety and quality checks (HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000, and UK rules)
- Check that cleanliness, protocols, and paperwork are all in order.
- Provide training that follows HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and ISO standards.
- Make audit reports, help with root-cause analysis, and take corrective action
- Keep improving the food safety systems for your clients.
Important Requirements
Master’s degree in Food Quality, Food Safety, Food Technology, or a related field
At least five years of experience in food safety, quality audits, or compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Auditor with BRCGS/FSSC approval (with audit log)
BRCGS ATP
Tutor Approved by Highfield
