We are looking for devoted and caring Home Care Workers to help people in their homes with important tasks. The best applicant will have worked with patients before, including elders, those with dementia, and people who need hospice care. This job is very important because it helps our clients improve their quality of life by helping them with everyday tasks and making sure they are safe and healthy.

Key Responsibilities: Female Carer with UK Visa Sponsorship

• Help with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Help customers move about and transfer, even if it means lifting big things.

• Make healthy meals that meet the dietary demands of each customer.

• Give clients their medications as directed and keep an eye on them for any negative effects.

• Spend time with clients and discuss topics that matter to them.

• Help clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia care, using behaviour control strategies where necessary.

• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

• Keep track of the care you give and tell the right healthcare specialists about any changes in your customers’ circumstances.

• Light housework.

Requirements

• A valid UK driving licence is preferred.

• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or a similar care environment is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of essential caregiving skills, such as first aid and medication administration.

• Experience supporting seniors, dementia patients, or working in hospice care is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and families.

• Ability to manage challenging behaviours compassionately and professionally.

• Physically fit and able to carry out tasks that may involve lifting or standing for long periods.

• First aid or caregiving certification is a plus.
